Our system automatically selects a delivery point near you. If you prefer a specific Relais point, write to us at service-clients@tanyaheath.com before or just after your order — we will do our best to adjust it.
Preparation and shipping times
We are not fast fashion. Our shoes and interchangeable heels are stocked in four different locations around Paris, with more than 600 references available. Assembling, checking, and testing your order can take up to a week — this extra time ensures you receive exactly what you ordered.

Order tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Public holidays and annual closure
We generally close for a few weeks in August as well as on French public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be shipped as soon as we return. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges & Returns
Timeframe
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a refund.
Eligible items
Shoes and heels may be returned or exchanged, subject to the conditions below.
Items purchased on sale or from the Last Chance section are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conditions
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- in perfect condition
- in their original packaging
Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an incorrect or defective item was sent.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. TANYA HEATH Paris cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (credit card or PayPal).
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Taxes & Customs Duties Within the European Union: VAT will be refunded when an item is returned. Outside the European Union: customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by your local authorities.
Any potential recovery of duties must be handled directly with your local customs office.
Items not functioning correctly upon delivery If your shoes or heels do not clip in properly upon arrival, this is most often due to incorrect understanding of the product.
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, ideally with photos or videos. We will guide you to ensure proper use.
After this period, the item will be considered functional.
Warranty Our patented mechanism is designed to last. However, as with any mechanical component, breakage can occasionally occur.
- Within 2 years of purchase: store credit equal to the purchase price
- Between 2 and 5 years: store credit equal to 40% of the purchase price, valid for one year
- After 5 years: items are no longer covered under warranty
For any warranty request, please contact us by email and include your order number.
Holidays & annual closure Our company closes for several weeks in August and on French public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed upon our return.

Proper care keeps your shoes beautiful and durable. Here’s how:
Waterproof Before First Wear:
Protect leather and vegan shoes with a waterproofing spray. Test it on a hidden area first. Once satisfied, apply evenly and let dry.
Lambskin:
Use colorless polish to keep lambskin soft and stain-free. Dust shoes first, then apply gently in circular motions. For faded areas, use matching leather cream.
Nubuck, Suede, and Vegan Shoes:
Brush off dirt gently. Restore texture with a suede brush. Use protective spray every three months to prevent stains.
Calfskin:
Clean with a dry cloth, then apply a matching nourishing cream sparingly. Buff after
