      Selection of your Mondial Relais delivery location

      We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Our shipping app automatically selects a delivery point for you when we schedule delivery, so you don't have to do this during checkout. However, we understand that you may have a specific Mondial Relais location that suits you better. If this is the case, please feel free to contact us at service-clients@tanyaheath.com, and we will try to replace the automatic delivery point in order to deliver your order to the location that suits you best.

      Your comfort is our priority, and we are here to make deliveries as convenient as possible for you.

      TANYA HEATH Paris will always use Fed EX for deliveries to Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom. For European destinations and the Russian Federation, we often use the postal service. For all other destinations, we will choose between DHL, FEDEX and a comparable carrier specializing in your region.

      Order preparation and shipping times

      At TANYA HEATH Paris, we are not at all fast fashion which means that we take our time to prepare your order correctly. That's why we'd like to give you an insight into what's going on behind the scenes.

      Order preparation: We store our adjustable shoes and interchangeable heels in four different locations in and around Paris, and we have more than 600 different references in a multitude of sizes. As a result, assembling an order is more complex than you might imagine, and it can take up to a week to prepare and test your order before shipping. Please be assured that this additional time is necessary to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered and that your purchase meets our quality standards.

      Express Delivery: Although we do not currently offer express delivery, we understand that you may have urgent needs. If you require expedited delivery or have specific delivery requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us at service-clients@tanyaheath.com before placing your order. We are here to explore alternative preparation and delivery options that may better meet your needs.

      We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide you with the best possible products and services.

      Shipment tracking

      Once your package is prepared for transport, we will send you a confirmation email containing a shipping tracking number so you can track the progress of your package.

      Public holidays and annual closure

      Please note that during certain weeks in August and French public holidays our business is generally closed. Orders placed during these holiday periods will be shipped promptly upon our return. We thank you for your understanding and patience during these times.

      Exchanges & Returns Timeframe You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a refund.
      Eligible items Shoes and heels may be returned or exchanged, subject to the conditions below.
      Items purchased on sale or from the Last Chance section are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
      Conditions Returned items must be:

      • unworn
      • in perfect condition
      • in their original packaging
      Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed.
      Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an incorrect or defective item was sent.
      We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. TANYA HEATH Paris cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
      Refunds Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (credit card or PayPal).
      The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
      Taxes & Customs Duties Within the European Union: VAT will be refunded when an item is returned. Outside the European Union: customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable, as they are collected by your local authorities.
      Any potential recovery of duties must be handled directly with your local customs office.
      Items not functioning correctly upon delivery If your shoes or heels do not clip in properly upon arrival, this is most often due to incorrect understanding of the product.
      Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, ideally with photos or videos. We will guide you to ensure proper use.
      After this period, the item will be considered functional.
      Warranty Our patented mechanism is designed to last. However, as with any mechanical component, breakage can occasionally occur.
      • Within 2 years of purchase: store credit equal to the purchase price
      • Between 2 and 5 years: store credit equal to 40% of the purchase price, valid for one year
      • After 5 years: items are no longer covered under warranty
      The warranty applies only to the heel mechanism. Normal wear (such as soles or general maintenance) should and can be handled by a local cobbler.
      For any warranty request, please contact us by email and include your order number.
      Holidays & annual closure Our company closes for several weeks in August and on French public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed upon our return.
