1. PREAMBLE

These changes are binding on the customer from the time they are posted online and will be applied to orders placed after they are posted on the Site. Each purchase on the Site is subject to all the clauses of the General Conditions applicable on the date of the order. 4. PAYMENT TERM

Payment for items is made when ordering on the site by credit card, or any other available payment method. Depending on the value of the order, the delivery destination or other objective criteria, TANYA HEATH PARIS reserves the right to limit access to certain means of payment.

Please do not attempt to pay by any payment method other than those mentioned at checkout. 5. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

If an item proves to be unavailable after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email or telephone of the delivery of a partial order or the cancellation of his order. In the event of delivery of a partial order, the customer will have the possibility of withdrawing from the entire order remaining to be delivered. In all cases, the customer will be reimbursed for the amounts debited during the order within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.

6. DELIVERY

6.1. Delivery method

Standard deliveries are dispatched within 5 working days of your order. Express deliveries are dispatched no later than 2 working days after receipt of your order. If you select the Express Shipping option, your package will be shipped via via Fedex, UPS or DHL. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. Shipping costs do not include customs clearance costs or any taxes at the time of delivery. In addition, we advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. 6.2. Delivery time

6.3. Rights and duties of the client

The customer must carefully fill in the delivery address when placing the order, and indicate at least one telephone number to reach him. 7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1. Order cancellation

You have the possibility to cancel any order, free of charge and without giving any reason, provided that it has not already been dispatched. 7.2. Right of withdrawal

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
