1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “GTCs”) govern all sales made on the website www.tanyaheath.com

(the “Site”).

The Site is operated by CONCEPT FOOTWEAR SOLUTIONS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €139,234, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 529 109 316, with its registered office at 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France (hereafter “TANYA HEATH PARIS”).

TANYA HEATH PARIS designs and sells shoes, interchangeable heels, and related accessories, both online and through selected physical points of sale.

These GTCs apply to all purchases made on the Site by private individuals acting as consumers (the “Client”).

Placing an order on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCs as they exist at the time of purchase.

2. Products

2.1 Product descriptions

Products offered for sale on the Site are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect colour or combinations due to screen settings or product variations.

TANYA HEATH PARIS reserves the right to offer special promotions, limited editions, or sales for limited periods or quantities.

2.2 Availability

Product availability may change at any time. Prices, colours, components, and product configurations may be modified without prior notice.

Only the order confirmation email sent by TANYA HEATH PARIS constitutes confirmation of product availability and acceptance of the order.

3. Orders

Orders may only be placed via the Site. Orders placed through other channels are not considered online sales unless expressly agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is valid and able to receive communications from TANYA HEATH PARIS. The company cannot be held responsible for confirmation emails filtered or blocked by email systems.

4. Prices

4.1 Prices

Prices are displayed on the Site in euros (€).

Depending on the Client’s location and Shopify’s detection settings, prices may also be displayed in a local currency for information purposes.

All prices include applicable taxes, where relevant.

Shipping costs are not included and are displayed separately before order confirmation.

4.2 Currency conversion

Orders may be processed and charged in the Client’s local currency through Shopify Payments or selected payment providers.

When payment is processed in a currency other than euros, the amount is converted to euros (€) according to the exchange rate applied by the payment provider or the Client’s bank.

TANYA HEATH PARIS cannot be held responsible for exchange rates, conversion fees, or any additional charges applied by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Price changes

Prices may be modified at any time due to production, logistics, or market conditions.

The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price applied.

In the event of a manifest pricing error, TANYA HEATH PARIS reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Client.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order.

The Site accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit cards, PayPal, and other solutions made available through Shopify Payments.

Some payment providers (such as Alma or PayPal) may offer instalment payment options (for example, payment in several instalments).

These options are managed entirely by the payment provider. TANYA HEATH PARIS does not intervene in the terms, approval, or execution of such payment plans.

Depending on order value, delivery destination, or fraud-prevention criteria, access to certain payment methods may be restricted.

TANYA HEATH PARIS does not store Clients’ credit card information.

Ownership of the goods remains with TANYA HEATH PARIS until full payment has been received.

Risk of loss transfers to the Client upon delivery.

6. Delivery

6.1 Shipping method

Orders generally leave our Paris facilities within five (5) business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery is handled by selected carriers depending on destination. Tracking information is provided where available.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging.

They do not include customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs, which remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

6.2 Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by events beyond our control, including transport disruptions, customs clearance delays, weather conditions, or strikes.

7. Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges are entirely borne by the Client.

These charges are:

determined by local authorities

collected by the carrier or customs office

not controlled, collected, or reimbursed by TANYA HEATH PARIS

TANYA HEATH PARIS cannot estimate or intervene in these charges.

Any refusal to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being returned or abandoned, without refund of shipping costs.

8. Exchanges, Returns & Right of Withdrawal

The conditions governing exchanges, returns, refunds, customs duties, defective items, and warranty are detailed in the Exchanges & Returns policy available on the Site and form an integral part of these GTCs.

In summary:

• Clients have 15 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange or return.
• Shoes and heels may be returned if unworn and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, unless an error or defect is confirmed.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
• Customs duties and local taxes outside the EU are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, texts, and other content on the Site are the exclusive property of TANYA HEATH PARIS.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service.

Clients may request access, modification, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

No personal data is shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, except where required for order fulfilment.

11. Liability

TANYA HEATH PARIS cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or products, including loss of opportunity or profit.

Liability is limited, in all cases, to the amount paid for the order concerned.

TANYA HEATH PARIS shall not be held responsible for events of force majeure, including strikes, natural disasters, or transport disruptions.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTCs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.

Consumers may bring claims before the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Severability

If any provision of these GTCs is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
