How do you change the heel?

Each shoe has a discreet button.
Press, remove the heel, then insert the new heel until it clicks.

Are all heels compatible?
Yes, as long as they are within the same size range as your shoes:
- T1: sizes 35–36.5
- T2: sizes 37–39.5
- T3: sizes 40–42
Can the shoes be worn without a heel?
No.
The mechanism works only with a heel.
However, the low heel is very comfortable and designed for optimal walking support.

Leathers come from Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal.
The leathers used for the heels are upcycled from deadstock leathers sourced from French luxury houses.

The shoes are designed to last like any other good quality European shoe however and should last for several years with normal care, although this depends on usage.
The interchangeable heel mechanism is designed for repeated use (over 5,000 changes).
How do you care for the shoes?
Care is virtually identical to how you care for your other shoes.
Smooth leather:
nourishing cream + waterproof spray
Suede / velour:
appropriate brush + waterproof spray
Avoid direct exposure to water.
