If, after a return, the value of the items you keep falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
The return, exchange, and warranty policies described below apply ONLY to products purchased directly from TANYA HEATH Paris.
Any request must be accompanied by an order number or other acceptable proof of purchase.
Products purchased second-hand, on resale platforms, from individuals, or third-party resellers are not covered by these conditions. We invite you to contact the person or company who sold you the items.
Only shoes and heels purchased at full price can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they have not been worn, are in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Due to the discounts already applied, sale, promotional, reduced items, or those from the Last Chance section cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in case of a change of mind, size error, or preference for color or style.
We discount, we don't destroy product.
At TANYA HEATH Paris, we believe that a well-designed shoe, made in Europe by true artisans with quality materials and timeless style deserves to be worn, not destroyed.
The issue of unsold items is now a significant concern in the fashion industry. Every year, millions of perfectly usable items are destroyed or dumped into landfill.
At TANYA HEATH Paris, we have made a different choice: to sell our stock rather than destroy it.
Consequently you will find stock from previous collections, end-of-series, or discontinued colors,for sale, sometimes at up to 60% or 70% off. Our goal is that every item should find a home.
These products are new, have never been worn, and meet the same quality standards as the rest of our collection.
This approach is part of our commitment: produce less, waste less, and value every product made.
Incorrect, incomplete item or proven defect
An incorrect, incomplete, or proven defective item does not fall under the return conditions above.
If you encounter a problem upon receiving your order, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, with photos or videos if possible so we can verify the issue.
Each pair of shoes and each pair of heels is rigorously inspected before shipping; such situations remain exceptional.
We will review each situation individually to find the most suitable solution.
Mechanism warranty
Our patented mechanism is designed to last and each shoe and heel is rigorously tested and examined before we ship them to you.
The mechanism warranty also applies to sale, promotional, and Last Chance items, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Credit equivalent to the purchase price.
Credit of 40% of the purchase price, valid for one year.
Out of warranty.
The warranty covers only the heel mechanism.
Normal wear and tear on your shoes and heels related to use — soles, insoles, leather, maintenance, and finishes — are considered standard repairs by a cobbler and are not covered by TANYA HEATH Paris.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or proven defect.
We recommend using a tracked carrier. TANYA HEATH Paris cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Refunds are made using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.
Taxes and customs duties
VAT is refunded in case of return.
Customs duties and taxes collected by local authorities are non-refundable.
Public holidays and annual closure
The company closes for several weeks in August as well as on French public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed upon our return.
