Yes! Our ambition is to help you love wearing heels. All our models have been designed to offer unprecedented comfort and we believe we are the most comfortable heels in the world. Thanks to our interchangeable heels, the relief of switching from a high heel to a low heel is quick and real. You adjust the height according to your needs: walking, office, travel, or ceremony, so you are always wearing the right height and changing heel height allows you to limit the time you wear high heels.
Moreover, we only use soft leathers like suede goat or lambskin. Each pair is equipped with a memory foam insole for a slipper-like feel, as well as a non-slip outsoles that protect you from slips even in rainy weather.
Can I travel with your interchangeable heels?
This is one of the great strengths of our concept: take one pair of shoes and several removable heels. When traveling, you save space in your luggage, reduce baggage fees, and stay elegant and comfortable all the time. These shoes are the achor of every businesswomen as frequent flyer's wardrobe.

No, but our 4 cm low heels, praised by podiatrists, offer ideal comfort for all your activities in the city and while traveling.
4. Size & fit
Do your shoes fit true to size?
Yes, our sizes are standardized. If in doubt, contact our customer service.
What sizes do you offer?
From size 35 to 42, and we do offer half sizes for extra precise and comfortable fit. This is rare for a brand our size and we even sometimes have models that cater to more narrow or wider feet (indicated in the product sheet).
5. Origin & manufacturing
Where are your shoes made?
Our shoes and removable heels are made in Portugal, with leathers from Italy, France, and Portugal. We are 100% European and proud of our production values. All our tanneries are LWG certified and our small-scale workshop employs skilled artisans who receive a real working wage.
Is the brand French?
Yes, TANYA HEATH Paris is really a Paris-based brand that showcases French style and our innovation was developed by a team of 14 French engineers and designers. The brand.
6. Care & durability
How long do your shoes last?
Our removable heel mechanism is designed for more than 5,000 changes. Our shoes last as long as a classic high-end pair, but you will most certainly wear them more thanks to their comfort and versatility. Unlike fast fashion shoes or sneakers all of our models can be repaired or maintained by a cobbler.
How to care for leather or suede?
For leather: use a nourishing cream and a waterproofing agent.
For suede/velvet: prefer a special eraser and avoid water.

Are your shoes protected by a patent?
Yes. Our interchangeable heel system is patented and unique in the world. TANYA HEATH Paris created the first multi-height shoe with removable heels.
Can the heel come off while walking?
No. Each pair is tested before shipping. If a heel has a defect, we replace it immediately.
