Are you carefree and you see life in pink? That’s good, because so do we! This box set is designed for you, with a pair of Helen shoes in Sumatra pink, a pair of Denis Bubble Gum high heels measuring 8.5 cm and a pair of Christophe shoes in patent black measuring 4 cm. All this at a low price.

Once you have selected your size, we invite you to discover our collection of removable heels to add one or two pairs of heels of different colors and heights, in order to have even more options and to personalize your pumps according to your taste.

    Selection of your Mondial Relais delivery location

    We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Our shipping app automatically selects a delivery point for you when we schedule delivery, so you don't have to do this during checkout. However, we understand that you may have a specific Mondial Relais location that suits you better. If this is the case, please feel free to contact us at service-clients@tanyaheath.com, and we will try to replace the automatic delivery point in order to deliver your order to the location that suits you best.

    Your comfort is our priority, and we are here to make deliveries as convenient as possible for you.

    TANYA HEATH Paris will always use Fed EX for deliveries to Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom. For European destinations and the Russian Federation, we often use the postal service. For all other destinations, we will choose between DHL, FEDEX and a comparable carrier specializing in your region.

     

    Order preparation and shipping times

    At TANYA HEATH Paris, we are not at all fast fashion which means that we take our time to prepare your order correctly. That's why we'd like to give you an insight into what's going on behind the scenes.

    Order preparation: We store our adjustable shoes and interchangeable heels in four different locations in and around Paris, and we have more than 600 different references in a multitude of sizes. As a result, assembling an order is more complex than you might imagine, and it can take up to a week to prepare and test your order before shipping. Please be assured that this additional time is necessary to ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered and that your purchase meets our quality standards.

    Express Delivery: Although we do not currently offer express delivery, we understand that you may have urgent needs. If you require expedited delivery or have specific delivery requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us at service-clients@tanyaheath.com before placing your order. We are here to explore alternative preparation and delivery options that may better meet your needs.

    We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide you with the best possible products and services.

    Shipment tracking

    Once your package is prepared for transport, we will send you a confirmation email containing a shipping tracking number so you can track the progress of your package.

    Public holidays and annual closure

    Please note that during certain weeks in August and French public holidays our business is generally closed. Orders placed during these holiday periods will be shipped promptly upon our return. We thank you for your understanding and patience during these times.

     

    Exchanges 

    You ordered the wrong size?  No problem.  All exchanges on shoes are possible.  Simply contact customer services and we will manage the return and exchange process together.  

    If you would like to return a product, we invite you to get in touch with customer services and we will indicate the return procedure.  

    You have 30 days from the time you receive your shoes and/or heels to ask for a return or an exchange.

    Shipping for returns and exchanges for France are free of charge.  Return shipping for all other destinations will be paid for and managed by the customer with the assistance of customer services.  Exchanges will be sent with no additional shipping fee.

    Returns and Exchanges only apply to products that have never been worn, that have been sent within the authorized time, and that are returned in their original packaging.  There will be no return or exchange possible if these conditions are not met, and there will be no exception to this rule.

     

    Refunds

    Once we have received your return and verified that the products are un-worn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, we will issue a full re-fund for the returned products minus the shipping charges.  

    Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.  The time required for the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. Please note that the value date of the re-credit will in any case be the same as the debit date, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

    If your order has been shipped to a destination within the European Union, all taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes are not refundable as these are paid to your national/local government.

    You may be able to recover custom or duty by contacting your local customs office directly. As this may not be available in all countries, we recommend that you use a customs broker.

    Shoe care

    Maintaining shoes can be fun and brings you closer to the artisan who made them.

    Here are some tips for shoe care.

     

    You will need to waterproof your shoes before wearing them:

    The application of waterproofing products on leather and vegan shoes protects the materials that give both the shape of your shoe and the exterior protection of the pair. Vegan shoes do not have natural protection, while leather does, but it is not waterproof.

    If you are worried about the spray, test it first on a part of the leather that is not visible from the outside. Wait an hour for it to dry, and if you are satisfied with the result, apply the product to the entire shoe.

     

    Lambskin care 

    Lambskin is very refined, supple and allows you to feel really comfortable in your shoes. However, it is a fragile leather and can be damaged if not taken care of.

    The best product to apply to this material is colorless shoe polish to avoid stains. Before applying the product, make sure you have dusted the pair with a dry cloth. To avoid leaving marks on the pair, gently rub the leather in a circular motion. Avoid any type of product that could damage the finish.

    If the pair of shoes becomes discolored with wear, you can treat them with a leather cream the same color as your shoes.

     

    Care of nubuck, suede and vegan shoes

    Cleaning and caring for suede and nubuck shoes is virtually the same.

    Start by brushing any dirt off the shoes, then, with a suede brush, gently sand the worn shiny areas on the surface of the shoe. This will help restore the grain of the suede. If you have stubborn stains, you can sand harder but this risks damaging some of the leather grain. You should always make sure to brush in the direction of the grain and you can finish with a soft shoe brush.

    Please note: Not everything can be repaired or varnished correctly.

    It is extremely difficult to remove blood, oil, beer and paint stains from suede and nubuck shoes. If a stain is soaked into the leather, chances are you won't be able to save your shoes. So, make sure to protect your favorite pair by using a suede and nubuck protective spray every three months (especially during rainy weather).

     

    Care of calfskin shoes

    Make sure your shoes are properly cleaned with a brush or dry cloth before applying any care product. All leathers dry out over time: so it's good to take care of them from time to time.

    We generally recommend a nourishing cream in the same color as your shoes, as they have a high pigment content and penetrate the leather well.

    The cream will cover nicks and scuffs, making your old shoes look new again. Apply very little with an applicator brush or soft cloth and make sure to distribute the product evenly throughout the shoe. Let the shoe sit for at least 20 minutes before buffing with a soft brush or soft cloth.

    If, however, you want your shoes to be more rigid, we recommend using colored or colorless wax.

    Attention ! If a product is applied in excess or on very dry leather, you can permanently change the original color. Moderation is key!

     

    Storage of leather and vegan shoes 

    As important as cleaning your shoes, is storing your shoes because the durability of your pairs depends in part on how you store them. Time and dust can ruin their natural beauty.

    In general, it is recommended not to store shoes in polythene bags or expose them to direct sunlight. It is rather advisable to store them in a cool and dry place, never in a hot and humid place.
