    TANYA HEATH Paris will always use Fed EX for deliveries to Canada, USA or UK. For European destinations and the Russian Federation, we often use the postal service. For all other destinations, we will choose between DHL, FEDEX and a comparable carrier specializing in your region.

    Shipping times

    We prepare and ship orders to you during our main business hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Due to the complexity of our offer and the fact of our numerous quality tests before dispatch, our preparation times are longer than those of traditional shoe brands. During the preparation of an order, we may also contact you in order to validate certain elements and be sure to satisfy you.

    The express delivery service is currently complicated, and therefore not offered, but if you have a real emergency, please write to us at service-clients@tanyaheathcom before placing your order to see if it is possible to expedite your order.

    We usually process orders within 1-8 business days unless we had an extraordinary situation.

    Due to Covid-19 restrictions some areas may experience delays. Contact our customer service team if you have any questions or need assistance.

    Shipment Tracking

    Once your package is prepared for transport, we will send you a confirmation email containing a shipping tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your package.

    Exchanges 

    You ordered the wrong size?  No problem.  All exchanges on shoes are possible.  Simply contact customer services and we will manage the return and exchange process together.  

    If you would like to return a product, we invite you to get in touch with customer services and we will indicate the return procedure.  

    You have 30 days from the time you receive your shoes and/or heels to ask for a return or an exchange.

    Shipping for returns and exchanges for France are free of charge.  Return shipping for all other destinations will be paid for and managed by the customer with the assistance of customer services.  Exchanges will be sent with no additional shipping fee.

    Returns and Exchanges only apply to products that have never been worn, that have been sent within the authorized time, and that are returned in their original packaging.  There will be no return or exchange possible if these conditions are not met, and there will be no exception to this rule.

     

    Refunds

    Once we have received your return and verified that the products are un-worn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, we will issue a full re-fund for the returned products minus the shipping charges.  

    Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase.  The time required for the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. Please note that the value date of the re-credit will in any case be the same as the debit date, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.

    If your order has been shipped to a destination within the European Union, all taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes are not refundable as these are paid to your national/local government.

    You may be able to recover custom or duty by contacting your local customs office directly. As this may not be available in all countries, we recommend that you use a customs broker.

    Shoe care

    Caring for shoes can be a fun time and brings you closer to the craftsman who made them.

    Here are some shoe care tips.

    You will need to waterproof your shoes before wearing them:

    Product application waterproofers on leather and vegan shoes protect the materials that give both the shape of your shoe and the outer protection of the pair. Vegan shoes don't have natural protection, while leather does, but it's not waterproof.

    If you're worried about the spray, test it on one part first leather that is not visible from the outside. Wait an hour for the time to dry, and if you are satisfied with the result, apply the product to the entire shoe.

    Maintenance of lambskin

    Lambskin is very refined, supple and makes you feel really comfortable in your shoes. However, it is a fragile leather and it can be damaged if it is not maintained.

    The best product to apply on this material is clear shoe polish for avoid stains. Before applying the product, make sure you have dusted the pair with a dry cloth. To avoid leaving traces on the pair, gently rub the leather in a circular motion. Avoid any type of product that could damage the finish.

    If the pair of shoes fades with wear, you can treat them with a leather cream of the same color as your shoes.

    Care for nubuck, suede and vegan shoes

    Cleaning and care for suede and nubuck shoes is virtually identical.

    Start by brushing off any dirt from the shoes, then, with a suede brush, gently sand any worn shiny areas on the surface of the shoe. This will help restore the grain of the suede. If you have stubborn stains, you can sand harder but this risks damaging part of the grain of the leather. You should always make sure to brush in the direction of the grain and you can finish with a soft shoe brush.

    Note:Not everything can be repaired or varnished properly.

    Removing blood, oil, beer and paint stains from suede and nubuck shoes is extremely difficult. If a stain is soaked into the leather, chances are you can't save your shoes. So be sure to protect your favorite pair by using, every three months (especially during rainy weather), a suede and nubuck protective spray.

    Care calfskin shoes

    Make sure your shoes are properly cleaned with a brush or a dry cloth before applying any shoe care product. All leathers dry out over time, so it's good to take care of them from time to time.

    We generally recommend a nourishing cream in the same color as your shoes, as they have a high content of pigment and penetrates the leather well.

    The cream will cover nicks and scuffs, and will make your old shoes look like new again. Apply very little with an applicator brush or soft cloth and be sure to spread the product evenly all over the shoe. Allow the shoe to sit for at least 20 minutes before buffing with a soft brush or soft cloth.

    If however you want your shoes to be stiffer, we recommend using colored or colorless wax .

    Warning! If a product is applied in excess or on very dry leather, you can permanently change the original color. Moderation is key!

    Storing Leather Shoes and vegan

    As important as cleaning your shoes, is storing your shoes because the durability of your pairs depends in part on how you store them. Weather and dust can ruin their natural beauty.

    In general, shoes should not be stored in polythene bags or exposed to direct sunlight. It is rather advisable to keep them in a cool, dry place, never in a hot and humid place.
