Exchanges and Returns

Did you order the wrong size? No problem. All exchanges on shoes are possible. Just contact customer service and we'll manage the return and exchange process together. It is not possible to exchange heels.

If you wish to return a product, we invite you to contact customer service and we will tell you the procedure to follow, in accordance with this page.

You have 30 days from receipt of your shoes and/or heels to request a return or exchange.

Postage for returns and exchanges for France is free.

Return costs for all other destinations will be paid and managed by the customer with the assistance of customer service. Exchanges will be sent at no additional shipping cost.

Returns and exchanges only apply to products that have never been worn, that have been sent within the expected time frame, and that are returned in their original packaging.

Damaged products

Before shipping, we check each pair of shoes and each pair of heels. Despite our internal quality control testing if you receive a product that you believe is not working properly, you must contact us immediately with a description of the problem.

Over the past 12 years, we have found that normally we can solve your problem by telling you how to clip your heels correctly. However, it is possible that your heels and/or your shoes actually have a defect. If this is the case, you have 15 days from receipt of the product to report any problem, after which we will consider the goods to be working normally. Any products that do not work will be replaced with an identical or similar product or refunded if we have nothing similar in stock. Shipping costs in these cases are free for all destinations.

Warranty

All mechanical and technical parts can break and our heels and shoes are no exception, especially with wear. If you have a broken shoe or heel, please contact customer service by email with your order number in the title so that we can easily find your purchase history.

If your heels or shoes break within 2 years of the date you placed your order, they will be replaced free of charge, shipping included. If we do not have the exact same item in stock and in your size, we will invite you to choose something similar from our inventory.

If a heel or shoe breaks more than 2 years after your order, we will offer you a voucher worth 60% of the price you paid for the broken product (regular price or sale price ). You will have 1 year to use your voucher on any product on our website. Normal shipping charges for your region will apply.

We do not offer any warranty for TANYA HEATH Paris shoes, heels or jewelry sold by any other seller or resale site. If you have a problem with a shoe and/or a heel that you bought in another physical store or an online store, please contact this point of sale directly to process your request.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and verified that the products have not been worn, and are in perfect condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund for the returned products less the shipping costs. shipping

Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase or to your PayPal account if applicable. The time required for reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card. Please note that the value date of the re-credit will in any case be the same as the debit date, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.


If your order was shipped to a destination within the European Union, all taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable as they are paid to your national/local government.

You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting your local customs office directly. As this may not be available in all countries, we recommend using a customs broker.



Holidays and annual closure

I was born in Canada, but TANYA HEATH Paris is decidedly French. We are generally closed for certain weeks in August, and we follow French public holidays. Orders placed during a vacation or public holiday period will be sent once everyone is back to work! Thank you for your understanding and patience.
